The purpose of my Senior Project was to evaluate how the Orfalea College of BusinessĀ could improve the marketing concentration to better prepare students for a career in marketing. My research partner Joie Wong and I collected feedback from students, alumni, faculty, and staff through a survey and interviews. We identified 4 key pain points for marketing students and provided short and long-term recommendations for the department to improve. We presented our findings to the Dean, Marketing Department Head, and several key staff members within the college of business.
